This past Tuesday one of our members observed how a motorcycle driver was driving with four dogs tied up, so he didn't hesitate to record the situation and report this person for his behavior.

Subsequently, our legal team prepared and submitted the relevant administrative complaint for violations of the animal protection law, as well as traffic rules.

We hope this Exmo. City Council initiates the relevant sanctioning files to prevent this type of behavior from continuing to occur on this land.

We will never stop in our fight to give voice to the voiceless.

Galga Rosi hoping for a forever home

Rosi's story starts sooner than we can tell you. Rosi appeared on the estate of a peasant in Segrià (Lérida). The man was able to pick her up and take her to the city hall. She was missing a piece of her tongue, she had no microchip, no sort of identification, and after stopping by the shelter, we asked for help so that she didn't end up in a tiny, forgotten cage.

She is about three years old, she is already dewormed, vaccinated and the results of her analysis are good. We don't know anything about his past and he's only been in the shelter SOS Galgos school for a day but he has a good character and doesn't seem to have many fears. Welcome Rosi!

Sweet galga served her galguero for 11 years, now dumped in a shelter!

'She was born in July 2013, so she is 11 years old and now in the Scooby shelter, abandoned by her galguero. The only thing she needs now is a soft couch and a forever family where she will be loved and respected as she deserves.

Her name is Albana with chip: 6859 and she will be forever grateful.

A Week of Summer at the Foundation

There is no rest, no comfort, no break between seasons; summer weeks are as demanding as any other week.

Thirteen greyhounds have entered our facilities, and the team quickly mobilizes, providing veterinary check-ups and necessary care, as many of these dogs have had traumatic pasts. During the week, we assess illnesses, perform surgeries, handle neuterings, and look for potential adopters to ensure our dogs find a safe and loving home. Although the team ends up exhausted, Friday is a day of hope, with some dogs ready to go home with their new families. Each rescued greyhound is a victory and a reminder of the importance of our work.

This beauty is Soraya, we went to pick her up in Zaragoza. And so we found her, with a fracture badly healed because she was not taken to the vet. Of course we didn't care and we brought her in, now we've had our first visit to the vet and she has to intervene so she can support her paw and be pain free. 'He's dying, he needs a family urgently because sadness is killing him.

The story is long to tell it all, a protector of Casilda is moving and I joined (please help, the reviews do not add up and there is no time)

He and his kennel mate were taken to a daycare, the black had trouble adjusting to other dogs and was reintegrated to the shelter.

He was already tested and seen by the vet, no illnesses have been detected at the moment, it is clear that he can't stay there and it is very important a place next to his partner ideally or by a full family to contain him while he is mourning.
