A hunting dog's life is far from ideal. Despite the heroic image some associate with them, these animals often face a reality full of deprivation, danger and suffering. At the end of their "useful life," many hunting dogs are abandoned, sacrificed, or sold to other hunters, perpetuating a cycle of suffering.
Sadly and with great powerlessness we see it daily.
It is time to recognize that these animals are sentient beings who deserve dignity and respect. We need to keep fighting to demand laws that protect them and raise awareness in society about the cruelty of hunting.
