Life is hard for galgos and podencos in Spain and the Spanish Islands. The hunters just don't care. Thank goodness for the volunteers and rescue associations who do. Sadly no matter how hard Galgos 112 tried to help this poor injured galgo, he didn't make it.
'We called you Simon and we believed you would be part of our family, but it couldn't be, leaving us shattered. Recently we received the notice of a greyhound bleeding in Linares, our partner Maria quickly went to get him, got him in the car and urgently moved to the Aimar Clinic. The vet managed to stop the bleeding and when he was already cauterizing the serious wound that cut his artery, the poor galgo had a cardiac arrest that was impossible to go back.
When they communicated to us we were shattered , how much it hurt us, precious you don't know how we feel and how we curse those who continue crushing, mistreating, abandoning and killing you a;;. We curse those soulless beings, those who support them and we have a memory for the cowards of the PSOE and we can that they left you thrown.
While you continue to die and suffer and we put patches on this miserable world.
Thanks Maria, thanks Doctor Cruz. Fly high sweet Simon'
