Wednesday 2nd November could be a historic date for greyhounds and galgos in Argentina, where the Chamber of Deputees will be voting for a definitive end to greyhound racing.
The law proposal to ban racing has been promoted by Senator Magdalena Odarda, with the support of Projecto Galgo Argentina, and it has been approved by the Senate and two Parliamentary commissions, the General Legislative Commission and the Penal Commission.
If you are on facebook, then join StopGalgueros and join in this effort. Let's show the Argentinian Deputees that an immense multitude of people, organisations and groups expect them to make the kind of progressive choice which will make their country proud, and that will make Argentina a trailblazer in terms of compassion and respect for greyhounds and galgos, dogs that in countries which consider themselves civilised are treated ruthlessly and without humanity.
The photos must be published by midday on Tuesday 1st November.
All the photos will be sent to the Argentinian Deputees.
The more we are, the stronger our message will be!

PetLevrieri of Italy also support Project Galgo Argentina.
