I emailed Odile Brochot from Lévriers sans frontières about it and she said she's seen them in her area. Not sure if they have them in a lot of other places or not though.


We certainly haven't got them up our way in Poitou Charentes.


I have never seen anything like this in Germany or in Hungary.
People do wash their dogs, of course - at home!
