Galgos in Salamanca dumped in a rubbish bin - shame on the Salamanca council

Just picked this up off Charl's blog - it's not even the end of the hunting season and galgos are dying.

Just doesn't matter hey, Put them in the bin!!!! Shame on you.

To sum up, this week, the council of Salamanca have signed a contact with the perrera de Ciudad Rodrigo with regards to extermination of abandoned animals. As you can see, 2 galgos found in the bin, the same week, and it just does not matter!!!!!!!!!
