Bright Eyes report the latest development.
"Just as we were packing to travel to Ibiza for the trial we were informed that it got postponed. The accused got a forensic woman to declare that he is mentally ill in regards to his alleged mistreatment of animals.
"So, he is fine and healthy for everything else, according to the statement. The judge has now ordered the psychological tests we had requested, carried out by professionals in the subject of mental illness. We will keep you updated."
LATEST update MAY 2009
The accused did not appear for the trial so now the next date is May 25th 2009. We trust justice will be done.
